I’ve started to realize that I mostly use Facebook to look at people I don’t like to see how long I can stomach them/to see if I still don’t like them.
I still don’t like them.
Also, I’ve become obsessed with the idea that I’m going to purchase enough fruit to make matcha smoothies one of these days in the near future.
Matcha=gold.
I never cease to be amazed by the significant power that a walk, some tea, and a really good salad can do for my brain, overall sense of focus, and well-being. It’s like a little mini-detox that takes about an hour tops to feel like I’ve reset my brain and body on the right path again, no matter how tired (or occasionally gluttonous) I was before it.
